Before I worked with Dr. Depew, I previously worked in other orthodontic offices while I was starting my own practice. They were all different- some cut corners and reflected that in their low price. Others had outstanding results and charged more for their treatment. Dr. Depew's office stood out to me. His office had a desire for attention to detail, quality, honesty, technology and teamwork. To put it simply- he and his staff cared about the quality of care their patients received, and the results showed. This attitude and thought process could be felt by the patient and could be seen through their quality smile. I am fortunate to have him as a friend and mentor.
This book is a must read if you are considering orthodontic treatment for yourself or a loved one. Dr. Depew clearly lays out what to look for in a treatment provider, what are the various techniques and procedures you will undergo, and through compelling case studies the value of using a trained specialist when it comes to something as important as changing you smile and appearance. My only critique would be this book was not available three years ago when my son was going through orthodontic treatment.
