The book was very basic and seemed more like a sales pitch for various organizations and programs (such as Home Care Pulse and various programs offered by Mr Tweeds company). Took less than an hour to read. This could have easily been a free white paper versus a hardcover book for $24.99.I've met Mr Tweed and have heard him speak several times and he's a great guy, but unfortunately this book didn't deliver what I anticipated. Don't waste your money.

Author Stephen Tweed walks us through a step by step approach for finding and retaining great caregivers and then summarizes the key points at the end of each chapter. I found a lot of useful ideas and information that will help us continue to grow our company. This book is easy to read and chock full of valuable research, information and ideas that can be put into play. One idea from this book is worth 10x the price so I wholeheartedly recommend this for anyone in the elder care industry.
